Refund policy
At Chrishade, we take pride in delivering high-quality eyewear. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene, quality-control, and fraud-prevention reasons, all return and exchange requests are subject to the following policy.
Return & Exchange Window
Customers must request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
Requests submitted after 7 days from the confirmed delivery date will not be accepted.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:
Be unused and unworn
Be in original condition
Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, cases, and inserts.
Be free from scratches, marks, odors, damage, or alterations
Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Chrishade reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
Worn or used eyewear
Scratched, damaged, or altered products
Clearance, sale, promotional, or discounted items
Gift cards.
Products returned without original packaging
Returns requested after the 7-day return window
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify Chrishade within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
Your order number
Clear photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
Failure to report the issue within 48 hours may result in the claim being denied.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after approval.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only offered for:
Manufacturing defects
Items damaged during transit
Incorrect items shipped by Chrishade
We do not offer exchanges for style preferences, color preferences, or buyer's remorse.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a Chrishade error.
Chrishade is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.
Fraud Prevention
Chrishade reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges if abuse of this policy, fraudulent activity, excessive return behavior, or product tampering is suspected.
